i am reading info package and i know about the $12 pin call to arrange interview

the $125 for medical

and $131 to bank for some type of fee

but i am reading $400 fee to be paid at kiev for National Visa center?

is that the 455 i paid alread or i need to pay this also?

Teh $12, $125, and $131 are legit. Don't recognize the $400 for NVC though.

No such thing for the K-1. $131 visa fee, $125 medical. $1010 for adjustment of status after she arrives. Be sure to bring her vaccination records to the medical exam. Get the list of all needed vaccines currently and make sure she has them all before the medical exam. You do not need vaccines for the visa, but you need them for the AOS and it is far cheaper to get them in Ukraine if needed
