Best MAIL to NVC

USPS First Class is sufficient. ensure you get a "signed receipt" for tracking purposes.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

depends on where you are, ya?

If you are in Poland - then suggest just the ds-3032 to be sent FROM POLAND.

If you are the USC, though - i suggest USPS PRIORITY MAIL, with tracking, without signature, to the USPS address., for I-864 .

The DS-230, though - it really depends on 'where' you send it from - as it's the beneficiary's immigrant visa application, with the beneficiary's documents. It might make more sense to mail the packet from Poland to NVC via EMS postal. An alternative would be to mail the DS-230 set to the USC, and then the USC check all for completeness, then remail to NVC.

Good Luck !

Lukaszk - ah - yer the usc -my apologies - I thought you were in Poland.

coupla things -

1. there are 2 addresses, ya ? one for USPS delivery, one for 'everyone else (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc) '. pay attention to which address to use.

2. Express Mail is super fast, but - DO NOT GET SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION on the USPS delivery address. It's a waste of time, and will actually delay the receiving of the postal mail. If you are getting 'signature confirmation' - send it to the courier address, intead.

3. tracking is sufficient - the online usps tracking portal will show you when it was delivered. IMO, delivery confirmation (extra fee) not needed.

4. yes, USPS Express Mail is IN the Post Office.

5. DO NOT SEND DS-3032, DS-230, and I-864 together, unless you have paid all fees and have the coversheets, from the online payment portal. The DS-3032 usually is sent seperately, and first.

Good Luck !
