Helloo everyone..

my freind's fience visa is denied based on not meeting in the last 2 years, can she go and meet her fiance and submit the evidencec to continue the same case or she have to re aplly all over again?

3/24/2006...got married

6/26/2006...I-130 sent to uscia

9/4/2007 ...I-130 aproved

9/4/2007....NVC recieved

8/4/2008...NVC completed

8/4/2008...case sent to USE/Islamabad

9/16/2008....interview date/put in AP

3/16/2009 .... 6 months of AP

4/16/2009.......7 months in AP

5/16/2009........8 months in AP

6/16/2009.........9 months in AP

6/15/2009.... visa issued

7/30/2009....visa in hand

POE 8/4/2009 Washington /dulles airport

8/28/2009....GC received/10 years validity

Depends if she got a RFE, or request for evidence, asking to provide proof of having met.... then she has the opportunity to do so with the same application.

Was your friend's I-129F Petition denied? or the actual visa application (done at the Embassy/Consulate) denied? (There's a difference.)

I'm guessing it was the I-129F petition. If they got an RFE and could not respond properly, the petition would have been denied. Supplying proof of a meeting that occurred after the petition was submitted would likely not fly. Has to have been before the petition was submitted, not after.

she received a letter indicating that the case been denied due to not meeting IN in the past 2 years, the letter also givin her 30 days to apeal the denial dicision , does that consider a REF?

No it is not an RFE. The adjudicator is convinced there was no meeting in the two years before filing and outright denied the petition. It is not considered an RFE. It sounds like you are saying they did not indeed meet in the preceding two years.

They need to go meet, document the heck out of their meeting and submit a new application.

They'll need to do a whole new petition (from scratch) - new form, new evidence and new fee.
