Hello all. Havent really been on in a LONG time. Wondering if anyone knows this question.....If you file for your spouse and they receive the 10 year visa, is there any way to have that revoked???

Carib, unfortunately there is nothing you can do now, if your husband has a 10 GC, that means you'll have been married at least 2 or more years. It will be up to your husband to maintain his 10yr GC going forward. All you can do now is protect yourself from anymore finanical loss.

I am assumming you'll just completed the ROC from the 2year GC, so in doing that you'll gave impression to USCIS that the marriage was a valid marriage.

Good luck on going forward.

Hey Nat, My daughter is already getting tired of the baby and she is not here yet. Whenever I get baby clothes or anything for the baby she is like, "what did you buy for me" or "the baby has everything". I even felt bad and took her shopping for new clothes.I know I am gonna have my hands full.

I hope she doesn't do like I did. I was my parents' first child and when my brother was born, I apparently was quite jealous. I tried to kill him by throwing this big wooden xylophone at his head.

Besaangel & Kemar 101: welcome and visit more often ;-)

Nat: great advice to Besaangel, lol.

In the other thread that I frequent (september k-1 filers) quite a few of their fiance's are coming this weekend and I'm sooo happy for them and all of us who's fiance/spouse is here or almost here, it's such a blessing.

Anyhow, hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Nat: I'm the last child of 4 kids so I never had the chance to be jealous but when my sister had her 2nd child, her 1st daughter (6yrs old @ the time) pushed me down the stairs with my 1 week old niece in my hand. Only God knows how I missed 3 steps and was still able to catch my balance and not fall.

What did your parents do?

oh gosh- put me on the spot.

I met my hubby almost five years ago when I was on F2 under my mom. We dated for like a year before I decided to go home and get my own F1; knowing it might break us up. We continued talking while I was in Jamaica but I got caught up in some legal issues with the law and they were trying to get me to stay and help prosecute some dude. It was taking too long because of course we slow when it come to the courts and anybody can buy off anybody, so I told them I'll just give my statement but I cannot stay in JA any longer just to help out a case. Anyways, I went to Detroit to do my Associates; still talking to hubby. About 4 months later he asked my dad if we could get married (so cordial lol). I'd visit every other month or so to see him, he came and saw me once in Detroit for my 2008 bday (his first time leaving Delaware).

We kept our relationship up that year, and by Jan 2009, I took the semester off to be with him for his first semester in college. We were fine until we started arguing about when to get married (sounds silly, i know) but he wanted to get married there and then but i wanted to get my degree first. At that time I was just getting into USCIS because of helping my brother but atill had a lot more to learn. I left to Orlando to see my mom- whom I hadnt seen for 3 years. While there me and hubby kept fighting and ended up breaking up because "he wanted to get married now, or we wont get married at all" so i left him. We broke up for like 4-5 months (he kept paying my phone bill though) and tried mending our relationship last August when I FINALLY decided to visit. We been together since; he waited til I finished my degree in Decemeber. I came here two days after classes ended and got married Jan 6th...

Filing for AOS... darn that was a lot or typing

So happy hubby is fitting right in. And HA HA Fat! The ENFORCER has arrived!

thanks ells and yes its been great having the enforcer around

Hey Sheka, that is so great! Isn't it a wonderful feeling!

Girlllllll he got Fat in check just what the Dr ordered :D

yes yes yes

Hey Sheka.. Glad to see you made it back with hubby and Fats. lol This whole process can be emotional. I know it was for me.

thanks sunny and yes i had to hold back my tears a lot because i would not be able to stop :crying::rofl:

MsSheka, so I'm curious as to how Fat behaved when your husband told him something. Does he typically obey when adults tell him something? Or does he listen to men more than women? Or is it just that your husband has an air of authority that he subconsciously knows not to disturb?

he would not listen to anyone  trust me i had my brothers over here a couple times and it doesn't really work but since we went to get Daddy i don't know what it is but he will listen my hubby gives him a look and he just know he's serious :thumbs::dance:

Green card in hand. :D

WOOOHOOO CONGRATS !!

Ms. Sheka- I can't wait to hear all about your trip to JA. So glad hubby is home with you. Glad Fat is listening to daddy.

thanks MrsThompson trust me having his father around made a world of difference in his attitude and his behavior he loves the fact that he gets to play with him and he listens to him which i am so happy for

Hi Sheka!!! I hope you're having non'stop sexy parties! Lol @ Fat.
