I just looked over the new I-693 compared to ours of seven years ago and have to comment that the new requirements are a lot stricter today. The old form stated if a person had a communicable disease, will not be denied as long as they agreed to have counseling, don't see that anymore.

Recall the I-693 being the worse obstacle in both trying to get a reasonable appointment with a USCIS approved doctor, and finding one that wouldn't cream you with extra high rates. I did type out the top half of the form to be assured of no typographic errors and had my wife and daughter get all of their shot records in an organized fashion. Our doctor that we did find, said it was the easiest I-693 he ever filled out and reflected that in his rates.

Did question why my wife and daughter had to go through all this, and I as the sponsoring USC, didn't, that doesn't seem fair.

You need to stop opening multiple threads with the same question.

Genital warts are not a communicable disease and will not be a reason for you to be denied a visa. You should go to the doctor and start the treatment to remove them, for your own's sake.

The united States have begun to allow immigrants with HIV, so I dont see genital warts or herpes causing any problems.

Vaginal Warts (caused by Human Papilloma virus) is not a ground for denial, it can be treated. If you are still concerned about it, go to an OB-GYN for treatment (so by the time you go for your medical at SLEC, they will not be that "noticeable"), ask for either cryotherapy or laser surgery to get rid of the warts or you can try the topical ones but will take longer time to heal.
