Ok i was unemployed for the past 3 years and in august i found a side job with my neighbors. They pay me cash and its only part time. He has his home buisness but i dont think he reported to irs or social security that i work for him. so will i be able to count this income on the I864 or no?

Did you declare it on your income taxes?

But does the amount your getting now cover the poverty level needed? Or are you adding this income to other income? (would be most likely considered an asset)

You will have to show how your getting the income (tax transcripts) and proof of employment (paystubs) - if it's your only source of income.

(part time work - unless it pays $$$$ - probably won't cover the level needed - you may want to consider a co-sponsor)

He has his home buisness but i dont think he reported to irs or social security that i work for him

Sounds like he is breaking tax laws - be wary.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

If you dont pay taxes on it and it is not reported to the IRS as income you cannot claim it... Unless you have a large sum saved ($56,000) then you will probably need a co sponsor...
