If you ask for fries and gravy in Texas they will look at you kinda funny, and bring the gravy in a seperate bowl!

Yes, but our White/Cream Gravy > the Brown/Beef Gravy ;)

yeah yeah, to each his own... but we have mastered cream gravy.

See: Chicken Fried Steak :D

ew....no!! :P

there are PLENTY of horror stories behind that meat and the 'additives' in it.......

a lot of those additives take place in the restaraunt by the 17-year old employees

With Popeyes and Church's Chicken (both serve fries) in the states, why would you want KFC? ;) and plus, KFC has Mac n Cheese and Potatoe Wedges!

Ehhh, I don't really like Popeyes. I find the chicken kinda mushy... I'd rather have KFC!

I kinda want to know too! It probably wouldn't stop me from eating it, I'm kinda weird like that.

Who the hell orders from pizza pizza anyways? Nasty!

And I know they have fries but that's new. Also isn't really just Canada, pretty much every crappy fast food chain does it... its all about the "would you like fries with that?"

Donne moi une poptart!

Lol I think the explanation of Taco Bell meat will pretty much keep me good for years haha. I've only been really watching what I eat since June but every time I thought about allowing a cheat/rest day it would be for Taco Bell. I think I'll just enjoy a big ol' fat steak with some garlic mashed potatoes on the side now haha

#######?

It's cold in Canada, right?

so Fries are sold everywhere - is great carbo load, also the fat helps the body to stay warm (since it's so frickin cold).

Think of them like an emergency kit food - helps the body to stay warm.

Taters is cool !!

Yay Fries !!!

Go Canada !!!

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Taco Bel is just wrong. Fries at Taco Bell is insanity. I think Canada should institute an immigration program with Mexico to get some good mexican food up there. Taco Bell is not mexican food. It is Like a mexican styled hot pocket or something.

Mathew went out and got us dinner one night and brought back these weird yellow boxes that were tied together. When I opened it I looked at him like  because it was chicken, fries, and gravy. Then of course, I tried it, and now I really believe that heaven is in a St. Hubert box. Scores is close, but St. Hubert is really just...heaven. I don't even want to know how many calories is in it, though.

Still haven't wrapped my head around the concept of Poutine. But maybe that's because the first time I tried it, it came from La Belle Province(yuck). But he promised to take me to the 24 hr poutine place in Montreal that's supposed to be awesome. Maybe I'll like it better after that.
