I am mailing out the I-130 petition for my wife today. I am also getting ready to file for I-129F (K3) just in case this gets approved faster and we can be together sooner... I noticed I had to fill out the same form G-325A just like I did for I-130... is this the case? Do I have to fill this out completely all over again?

How much is the filing fee for I-129F (k3)?

Since you've been married for more than two years I highly recommend just sending the I-130, that way she will receive an IR1 visa and get it over with. Besides, the chances of getting a K3 visa are pretty slim now days since the I-129F will have to be approved and received by the NVC way before the I-130 and I'm pretty sure that won't happen. BUT, if for some reason it does, your wife will have to file for AOS after she arrives and spend an extra $1,010.

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
