Wait until it all melts and then you will not be so in wonderment as to why they don't have heat on the busses, but as to why they don;t have STORM SEWERS and all the streets turn into canals rushing to the nearest low place which can be a river or in Odessa, the Black Sea. You walk with an umbrella held sideways so the drunk cab drivers can't drown you with the wake from their car.

Brad is right, except for a brief trip at New Years (they celebrate New Year's like no where I have ever seen) it is best to stay away in winter. Alla has no desire to go at this time of year, she would prefer to stay here where she can at least go skiing.
