Waiting for interview date.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice. I sent off the form DS-230 part I & IV-15 & Checklist almost 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Is this normal? how long does it usually take?

I see now it says the following forms should be done:

DS-230 Part 1 (PDF)

IV-15 & Checklist

Form DS-156

Form DS-157

Form DS-156-K

Has this changed recently? I'm sure when I got my letter and checked that webpage it just had DS-230 I and IV-15 & Checklist. Or have I missed three forms? I really hope they've just changed it and I've not missed those forms.

One last question, my house phone number has changed, should I call the embassy and tell them?

There's always been more than one form to fill out. This link illustrates that:

The home phone number doesn't matter. I've never heard of them calling anyone.

Damn it I really don't know how I could of missed that. Thanks for the link that was helpfull. I'm guessing this is going to delay my interview? =/

Another question,

just to clarify, Do I need to mail off copies of Form DS-156, Form DS-157 and Form DS-156-K. Or do I keep them and bring them to the interview? Thanks for your help.

just bring them to the interview. I send the pckt 3 (ds-230 ds2100 etc) by email and I got the date for the interview 1 week later
