CRBT & infant passport - US Embassy Islamabad

How long dose it takes for US Embassy at Islamabad to process and delivered CRBA & passport application for infant?

According to their web site it says normally takes 2 weeks but for my baby boy it is now more then 3 weeks with out CRBA & passport.

I have applied for CRBA & Passport at Islamabad embassy and Here is the Time Line.

I was suggested for a DNA test at the time of interview. On 01/27/2015 I paid almost $800 for 2 child of DNA KIT based on OHIO, USA LAB. I think Lab name was Genetica Lab (if I am not making a mistake). DNA kit arrived at US embassy with in a couple of days but Embassy took there time and sent me an email on march 20th 2015 offering an appointment for April 1st 2015. On appointment day some Doctor was at Window he took our DNA samples at the front of counselor and they mailed back the sample to OHIO Lab,finally i received an email on May 17th 2015 telling us to pick up US PASSPORT & CRBA from US embassy for my children.

The Experience of my third child was easy and smooth at KARACHI CONSULATE. We had Appointment after 1 week. Interview was simple and they said you will receive CRBA and Passport with in 30 to 35 buisness days. After 6 weeks I received a phone call from consulate requesting a new Passport Picture of Baby with eyes open (the one I submitted with DS-11 was with closed eyes of baby,I thought it will not be a matter for new born baby but I guess I was wrong) now they told me it will take 10 more buissnes days.
