I would like everything in filing for K1 visa to be organized and would appreciate any tips on how I should organize the photos. I was thinking pasting them on a paper or putting them in a photo book but I would like to hear what you did. Thanks for any tips.

Same here but used photo paper. Included two sheets for total of 8 photos.

Either paper is fine but be advised photos are not proof. They are secondary evidence of meeting and can serve as evidence of relationship. You'll need primary evidence of meeting as well, in the form of passport stamps or boarding passes, etc.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yeah some people are always saying photos are secondary evidence.

I call Bullsh!t on that as starting at the embassy to the AOS and citizenship interviews that's what the CO and IOs spend the most time checking out thruout the process in our case.

Photos are numero uno to me for evidence of having a bonafide relationship and marriage.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Printed 4 per page on bond paper with captions under each.

I did the same as above plus placed the real photos into a baggie, labeled each on the back and stapled that to a blank page attached behind the photo page.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Don't confuse evidence of relationship with evidence of meeting. Photos are important evidence of relationship but the OP is at the petition filing stage where the focus is on evidence of meeting in person. The primary or most important evidence of relationship is primary evidence of time spent together (still passport stamps etc.) and the interview itself. Photo's are important and almost always asked for at the interview but they are still secondary to the interview itself and time spent together. The less time spent together, the more important other evidence like photos becomes.

Don't bother with the photo book. USCIS will only pull your photos out and throw the book away. They assemble your documents into a file where each page is attached to the folder with two holes at the top of each page. This is why they suggest you organize your file using Acco style two-hole binders, or heavy paper clips. It makes it easier for them to build your file.

You can print multiple photos on single 8.5 x 11 inch sheets of paper, as others have suggested. If you want to print individual photos then either mount them on standard size sheets, or get some clear plastic binder pages with pockets for photos. It's better if you don't send loose photos, or use something like a photo album that would require the file assembler to separate them into loose photos. There's a risk of some of your photos getting lost.
