I file the I 129F 3 months and 3 weeks ago should I just continue to wait or should I call USCIS

Please respond

I am assuming you are waiting for your NOA2? You can call, but their timeline says 5 months, so you likely aren't going to get them to give you a response other than that until after the 5 month mark.

There isn't much choice but to continue to wait - based on your timeline, you shouldn't be waiting too much longer. (To save you some time and frustration though - calling now will likely not result in much information.) Hang in there.

Have you received a NOA1? Your timeline says you have. It has a case # on it that you can check on USCIS.gov. If you didn't receive the notice of action, I would call them if I were you to make sure it was at least received and they have the correct address on file to send you mail.

It is useless to call them before 5 months passed. They said 5 months and you have to wait. We called after 3.5 months and the only thing we heard was that we have to wait because we are still on Initial Review.

We received our approval after 118 days, later then everybody from September VSC filers, waited for almost 4 months, but after that painful process everything started to be faster.
