Hey everyone. I sent in my packet containing my I-129F application and all the documents on February 2nd 2010 thru my local USPS office in a big envelope which cost 99 cents to the Vermont Service Center, so I was wondering how long does it take to get the NOA1 saying that they received my packet and payment, because I still havent received anything. :crying:

Sent I-129f on 02/02/2010 Wish Me Luck!

Received I-797C Notice of Action or NOA1 dated 02/10/10 on 02/15/10

NOA2 Approved May 20, 2010

Married December 23, 2010!!

It can take a while.

I've noticed that they cash the checks in waves, so it might be cashed within the next few days.

I've heard of it taking up to a month to get your NOA1, but you should get it within the next 2 weeks.
