Hi ya -

I'm pretty new here and hope I'm in the right place...

I'm hoping someone can tell me what happens when your fiance' misunderstands the instructions you've sent him and fills out and submits the DS156k online when we've not even filed the first form yet - the !-129f. Will it matter since they have nothing to reference it to? I mean will they just put it in the bin and not give it another thought? Or have we just really messed up the process before we've even begun?

They may or may not contact you about it. But I don't think it will impact you negatively. Just file as per normal :D

Even though the form is completed 'online' it is not submitting any data (the data is coded into the bar code that prints on the form) so you're fine. No harm, no foul.
