Hi Peeps,

I know I read about this and even worse I think already asked (and you answered once) but I can't find it and my work load these days is not permitting the search of it :(

My new son is needing to renew his British Passport as it expires on his birthday next month and we have tickets to go to Ireland in May.

We've got the green cards already, it's just a matter of updating his PP.

Know where the link is to do it? There are so many scam sites out there... :angry:

We just renewed our 2 son's passports a couple of months ago. Very painless and we had the passports back within 2 weeks (I think it was about a week actually)

Yes that is exactly what I did. It was a very straight forward process. I don't think you will have a problem at all.

Hi, What did you do about countersignatories?

We havent been here 2 years and so dont know anyone who has known me personally for at least 2 years. My daughter need s her passport renewing for 1st april when we visit the UK, so was thinking about getting one of her teachers to sign it.

Any ideas on what to do?

A teacher would be perfect or even a family doctor or nurse. Also, a notary would be able to aswell as long as you can prove her identity to them.
