forget to file AOS!!!90 days will expire tommorow

i am a k1 visa holder. we already get married with my fiancee but the problem is, we miss to file AOS, my worries is: could there be a possibility for me to be deported to my origin? what am i going to do? please help me...i need some hint of what gonne happen.

Your timeline says you entered the US January 02, 2010 which means your I-94 expires 04/02/10. You haven't missed anything. When will you file AOS?

hello friend....i mean. its not my case.....!!!! my friends case.... im just trying to help her because she is very confused and nervous...

OK.. but still - there is no reason to panic - tell your friend to file as soon as possible. (Plenty of folks have filed after their I-94 expired and were successful.) :thumbs:
