Hi,

we just got this email from CSC after asking them about our case status without the last updated date on the uscis website.

Your petition is being actively processed with a Officer. Please allow 45 days for this to occur.

Has anyone got this email? How long does it acutally take to get the NOA2??? Do you think it will be the full 45 days???

I would say it is just a standard response from them. Several ppl have had emails like that when they make enquiries on their case. :huh:

Waiting and watching the calendar flip ever so over closer to 4-2-2009 (When my 2 yr GC expires) . . .

4-2-2009 Received I-751 back AGAIN! Oh and my GC expired today.

Hi JanaStepho,

It is another canned response; yes I have seen other people post the same letter. I do not know how long it will take for you to get your NOA2 but it probably will be way less than 45 days. I have also seen people post the same letter but with 60 days instead of 45 days. :yes:

I got that email yesterday after I emailed about my case as well. Im hoping it means they are ACTIVILY working on it, meaning its with an ajudicator.

Maybe they would get more pettitions approved, and approved more quickly... if they didn't have to spend so much time replying to e-mails! :yes:
