Congrats on getting your NOA2 - I am hopeful based on the timeline we will get ours this week.

Just ran into a new problem that wasn't aware of and waiting for National Visa Center to open to call. We have a cruise booked in August and based on the estimated timelines it is a good chance we could get K-1 visa before then. But what I am finding out is he can not enter and us go on this cruise. I am wondering if he can get visa but not use it to enter for the cruise, take the cruise as a visitor, go back to UK and then enter with K-1 visa...fingers crossed they are helpful.

HEY GUYS

Ken called the VSC and asked about why we cant get onto our status, they are aware of the problem and said everyone is blocked at the moment, although they are not sure why. That was afew hours ago that he spoke with them....so we can all calm down now...nothing personal at all lol!!!

The funny thing is that i was saying everybody i was going to get it today.... now getting worry for my next trip. hopefully they don bother me thinking i am staying, i am just going to a wedding of friends.

Oh Im sure that if you show them your ticket home andhopefully it will all be ok. You wouldnt have come this far with the visa and then just fly out there and stay, that surely wouldnt make sense?? Not when you have the medical and interview to get over....ohhh I hope youll be fine and just have an awesome time celebrating getting the awful NOA waiting period over, you deserve to celebrate still having some sanity left...Ive lost the plot afew times waiting for ours...God dont you just dispise waiting lmao.

Yayyyy thank you sooo much, it is odd how the last two days our file has been touched both the 10th and 11th May, not sure about today what with the website being down Just hoping it doesnt mean we are going to get a RFE...and that we also get our NOA2. We have just been in touch with the place we wish to marry and at the moment they still have the date availabe which we wish to have the wedding......fingers crossed for us. It will come together, it always does...looking like a promising week upto now. Thank you again

So the dual citizenship hasnt caused any problems with the application then?? Thats awesome.

and if you do get it right, that our NOA2 turns up today or tomorrow, then I sugest that you go do the lottery too. You should take a guess at the numbers if your this good

and I imagine the dancing with with your fingers would look funny , dont hurt yourself in the process please lol. thank youuuuuu
