urmmm ok thanks, Im still trying to work out how to do that lmao.....I will get there Im sure :D

Thanks for the warm welcome, its sure nice to not feel so alone in this time.....people who arent going through this just dont seem to get how difficult it is to not know when you are going to be together. People keep asking me when we are leaving...if you say you have no idea at all....well they look at me like in disbelief, like I should know. lol...including the kids teachers, who yet again got me on the way into dropping my daughter of in foundation today, asking when we are leaving, answer given we dont know yet...I will let you know as soon as we know.

Hummm clearly didnt get that as then the teacher asked, well will you be here in the summer time...OMG!!! I was like urmmmmm again, Im sorry I have absolutly no idea when we are leaving. Only for the TA(who was involved in this conversation) asked me, well you be here in Juky for the classes day trip away....DOHHHHHH helloooooo, is there anybody there??? lmao

I was like ok look, I cant stress this enough, we really do not have any idea as to when we will be leaving...I know they dont mean to stress me out, but at the moment the two children and I are here in the UK, half are belongings in the US...including the dog (he flew over to the USA last thursday) and they dont seem to understand how stressful this can sometimes be do they?

Until your in the thick of it yourself, I guess they have no idea...lol in the mean time, Im going to make a sign to hang around my neck saying

I HAVE NO IDEA!!

he he he listening to me bitching....peace is over eh?

Thanks to one all.

Yeah, planning can be difficult, and few people have any idea. The easiest thing I've found is simply to say, "We're waiting on some paperwork, we'll know when we know, but hopefully sometime this summer." and then look at them like they're stupid if they persist and I don't like them, or if I do like them, just mention the government is involved.:)

Until then, every day is another check of status on the USCIS web site (from both of us, I forgot that I left her with the case number :) ), lots of time on Skype, and planning for what we can without any dates in hand, while reminding ourselves to continually ignore the fact it should take 10 minutes to determine that neither of us are criminals or terrorists. Add in a few internal rounds of whining that CSC is much faster right now, and temper it by knowing that CSC is still running around 90-110 days to NOA2, which is faster than at other times. Rinse and repeat until insanity or NOA2. :D

lmao I like the rinse and repeat, we do the checking daily...and the calls too of course. I just miss him like crazy mad and cant wait to not have to say any more goodbyes, without the uncertainty of when we get to say hello but forever more, we have such an amazing support network, we are truely blessed. Both our families have and are being so great, I really dont know where we would be with out them. They pick us up when ever we have low days and we should all be so grateful to them! I know its going to break my parents hearts when we do actually leave for good but at the same time, they are now concerntrating on the positives...like awesome holidays with us out there and a whole new family too :) God bless our families right?

Hip hip hooray!!

Oh I set the time line up, thank you...I thought you meant so it was shown after my postings....still not sure how to do that one. Thanks for the words of wisdom, I dont know how my kids cope with me half the time....Im an emotional wreck of highs and lows...lmao in the mean time, their just missing Daddy and cant wait to be toghter forever :) plus as Im sure everyone here is going through....Id really like to get the wedding booked, we have outfits and the venue picked, all on stand by lol....hugs to you all and they say the best things in life are worth the wait...I sure know my babies are....Good luck to all hoping to hear something soon.

Ok, that took a little while to find. :) You want to 'edit signature.' Go to the upper right of the screen, and select settings right below your name, then Profile, then Change Signature. Anything put in there will show below your posts. On the rest - neither of us have a big family, but they're both supportive, thankfully. :) We'll be having a more private wedding, but want to get part of her family here for it, which of course, we can't say anything other than, "Well, hopefully sometime late summer or so, be there. We can't say where yet, but within a hundred miles or so from this area. We can't really tell you anything else, but we'll give you a months notice, sometime later." :D

On the plus side, we've had zero disagreements on any of the wedding arrangements; neither of us wanted to go the big wedding route, so we have something very nice planned, that we should be able to manage without going insane, even without dates well in advance. We may have to find a slightly adventurous priest or JP, but we are confident it will all be fine. Granted, we still have to get the wedding dress and some other details worked out, which will involve some nervousness and indecision on her part, but it will all come together - we are married already where it matters most, to us, and the rest is just planning for a wonderful day together with some family and closest friends. :)

Sadly, nothing said will help too much when you're frustrated about not being together NOW, but not so long from now, you'll be looking back at those frustrations, together, and they won't matter any more. :) Yep, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, until it comes to you every time one of the two of you, or both, are feeling the waiting more than usual..

woooo hooo ok then lets do a lickle dance then.....peanut butter jelly time, peanut butterjelly time...lol.

Actually we didnt want a big wedding either, we have the most perfect place picked out, a small intermate outdoor wedding, we just wanted some trees and the kids with us, we def arent doing the whole white wedding thing. actually my dress is more medievil princess like, we totally went for what we wanted rather than the normal but we do have parents atending. Its perfect for us, my family are attending, well my mum and dad...my lickle sister and her bloke. pretty perfect as then they are taking the four children for the night so we can stay alone in the wedding grounds, we have picked out a lovely room with a big bubbly bath....we plan on doing more than dancing then lmao.

So has anyone else got any ideas or plans sorted for their big days then?

Its so exciting and when we get feeling low thats what to do, start looking for wedding ideas, like your favours and things like that, we have bought afew things now and spend many a night, doing online shopping for the wedding, not to mention other things like for the apparment, it cheers us up...lol...shopperholics really.

Anyone else have lickle things they do to keep each other high when we get low. I have sent things like pillow cases to him after ive slept on them, he loves that esp after ive washed my hair and he leaves his tops so Im always sleeping in his clothes. Its what we used to do while he was deployed in Irqa and it really is a comfort we think, when we are away from each other.

Finally some dancing. Happy for you. I want to see a lot of dancing this week. I have been practicing my best moves. Okay, I have just been drinking a beer, dreaming about the good touches I will receive once I fly back to Kyiv. Maybe VSC will make a run. I filed at the end of the month, so I still think I'm a month away at best. Good luck to all.

Tom, you need to disinfect that brass stripper pole and start practicing your moves. You should be this week or next. Send me the video of your dance. Come to think of it, nevermind.
