Interview Worries!

I am about to mail off all the information I need to give my fiance in Russia for the k-1 Visa. We're so excited that if it's approved, she'll be here in less then a month. I am a bit worried tho. I do not have an entire copy of the i-129F I sent USCIS. I have all the proof of meeting, no problem, pictures and ticket stubs. I don't have the originals of the actual I-129F and G-325 forms. Also, stupid me, I sent my original birth certificate to USCIS, and even tho I ordered a new one last week, it still hasn't arrived. I need to mail all this out very soon to make sure it gets to her in time...What's the chances of it being denied if I don't have an exact copies? I can fill the forms out again, but I don't know the dates I signed the previous ones in...Please someone let me know...This is just eating at me! Don't want to wait even longer to get my fiance here. :-/ Thanks for any help.

whoa. you've made no mention of the I-134. You need to send that to her, suggest send it on or about the date that the INTERVIEW has been assigned.

This would also be a GREAT TIME to fill in yer VJ timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=70730

Well, the I-134 isn't part of the I-129F. I got the I-134 and all proof of income and affidavit all set to go. It's the I-129F copy stuff I am worried about. And ok, I can sign the new forms around the date the interview will be on or around. What about not having my birth certificate? Would hate this one thing to be the cause of denial.

Its in the file.. If you want it back, send her a letter from you, signed, stating that you authorise her to collect your original birth certificate. When she's at her interview she can tell them it's an original and ask that they copy it and return the original to her (with that letter as proof its okay with you).

OR just ignore it. It's not needed at ANY stage for her now. It wasn't for me at least. Your part is over except for I-134 the rest is ALLLLLLLLL her

**edit - please update your profile. A lot of information is country specific, and sometimes depends on the type of visa you're going for. Giving us your timeline will help as well. Thanks :D

And the updated letter of intent, don't forget that...
