Since I'm a little frustrated on waiting again for the delivery of my approved visa.. (and I know almost everybody felt the same way) Kindly post your waiting time here:

27 April 2010 - Touched (both forms)

29 April 2010 - Touched (both forms)

03 May 2010 - NOAs received (postmarked April 26, 2010 dated April 23, 2010)

05 May 2010 - Biometrics Appointment letter (postmarked April 29, 2010)

07 May 2010 - Biometrics Walk in Done

It could take about 10 business days. I was of the mind that if you live within Metro Manila, Air21 would give it to us within 3 business days...but in reality, ours took about 5 business days even though we are from Paranaque City.

N-400 Timeline

02-23-2018: Sent N-400 Application online

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

mine took 6 days. my interview was on the 4th, air21 got the visa packet in the 9th and it was delivered to our doorstep on the 10th.

just be patient. yours will be in your hands soon!

in our batch in august 2008 we mostly got the text from air21 in less than 48 hours. good luck

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Probably we were too excited about things..

I called the Immigrant Visa call center this morning and after they charge me with 55 pesos per minute, they told me that my case was in administrative review. I should wait for 6 weeks for a letter from the embassy. I was so confused because that the consul told me that I was approved and I was issued with pink slip. There were no additional documents asked from me.

Good thing I found a number here in VJ that I should call, and they told me that the visa was already issued just the other day and it will be delivered 3-5 days.

^_^ ^_^ ^_^ ^_^ yeah probably I should stop anticipating and enjoy the company of my family.. Thank you all.
