I hope I posted this in the correct place. I need to know if anyone here knows what address we need to use in order to withdraw a K-1 visa? My guess would be this one Mailing address:

Post Office Box 65

Postal Station Desjardins

Montréal, Québec H5B 1G1

But I'm not sure if that's right. Any ideas?

Appears to be correct VJ Source. Be sure to include both the beneficiary's name/DOB, USC's name/DOB and NVC case number (some may suggest also the USCIS case/receipt number which isn't a bad idea).

It depends where you are in the process. Has the I 129f petition been approved yet or is the case already at the consulate?

Well it's been a long, painful process but yes those timelines are correct. We had to keep rescheduing due to medical issues. They still had the file open as of March of 2009 according to a letter he got from Montreal. My congressman's office was supposed to have faxed a letter I had written asking to withdraw the application, but we've never heard anything( they had helped us get the interview rescheduled due to the circumstance before). We had also mailed a separate letter but still haven't heard anything.

honey also withdrew our k1 approved petition and its already in the us embassy here in phil. but i we didnt pursue it..

today i received a NOTICE of CANCELLATION from them....

oh think its almost 3 months since we heard something from them,

but glad were done
