We just purchased our first house in Gilbert, AZ. We got a steal of a deal (asking 389, purchased 268) and our closing is March 15th. All of the pictures are down off MLS because it's a pending sale but when we move in I will get some photos for the thread.

Beautiful house Brad! It puts the little rancher we're buying to shame :lol: We close on February 25th! Its so exciting how many VJers are buying homes these days. Its definitely a buyers market! Oh, and we get that $8k, that doesn't hurt either!

Seeing your house and what you get for the money, and seeing what we get for the money in our move to DC, seriously makes me want to vomit.

I have a feeling that we'll have a whole slew of houses on our hands by the time my husband finishes being transferred around. :lol: I guess I'm going to become an accidental landlord. <_<
