Hello everyone.

Again

After reading some denial storys here.

Im terrified. :crying:

Has anyone here been approved for the K1 at guanzhou?

I also met my fiancee on the net.

Does that hurt the chances?

We met in person before.on march 31st 2009.

We have many phone records 60 days worth.and about 50 letters from the website we met on.

We comunicated for about 17 months since we known each other.

and has about 20 pictures.

Each picture has a date.

I Got her ring but she refused me to mail it to her becuse fear of it getting lost.

Should I email her a copy of the recipt?

and a picture?

I hope our Visa doesnt end like this..

Maybe I should get started on the K3.

Thanks again .

Craig!!

one of the 'bigger things' for GUZ K-1 interviews, in 2009/10 - was the VOs understanding of how you two communicate.

The BEST WAY to show 'how you two communicate' is to cover 'how' in a paragraph inside of an

Evolution of Relationship letter/statement, that you prepare, and SHE gives on interview day.

re: meeting on net - not hurt your chances.

all the 'other things' you say 'we have' - she's bringing that to interview day, yes?

For now, I think you have the jitters .. which is understandable.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Hi Craig, first I'd like to wish you the best of luck!!!

How many times have you met in person? The more times and more proofs you have increase your chances. I didnt see a timeline or story on your profile page so its hard to know what you've got up front. If you dont get the K-1 you will need to make more visits and gather more proof of bonifide relationship. You always have the option of marrying and doing K-3 or CR-1, but in any matter, the number of visits, length of stays are all contributing factors as well as means of communication etc...

Be strong - true love will prevail one way or another

Best of Luck to You.

Don't worry about 'postal mail' at this point.

There are MANY 'copy shops' and 'internet cafes' in Guangzhou -

She can print it out there BEFORE interview day, take with her ON Interview Day.

Good Luck !

Hey Guys.

Yes I got news.

But its not good.

She told me she failed the interview. :crying:

So I called the DOS.

They said that she failed to prove the relationship is vailed.

I dont know why they say this. she suplied many things to prove it.

Even letters from the dating site we met on?Emails,Phone records.and more

What more proof could she suply?

DOS told me I can apeal it.

But I dont know if I should.

We both already spent alot of money on this.

Should we spend more?

Or should we cover our losses and go for the spouse Vsa?

Why is GUZ so cruel. it seems they should close there doors and put a sign that no one can get a K1 Visa.

Because they reject everyone. Maybe they are racist.

I hate GUZ.

Anyways I will talk with her about this when she returns home. Just hope she will agree for the K3.

Thanks your Help.

Craig!
