Hello everyone. I have a question concering the G325-a form for the k-1 visa. My question is : when completing the four copies to be sent along with the 129f for myself and 4 for my fiancee, does each copy i send need to have an original signature or do i just sign one, she sign one and then make 3 copies of each signed form and send? Just want to be sure because i am doing the process myself without an attorney.

thanks

I concur. Sign and date each copy. If you download the form G325A and complete the 1st page of the PDF on the pc, the other three pages should fill in automatically. Then just print all the pages and sign and date them.

When I went to VN to visit my fiancee I had her sign and date all four copies for her G325a also. Then when I returned and sent our I129F I had both sets, all with original signatures.

Make three copies of each set of completed and signed documents.

One set you will send with your petition, one set for your file, one set for her file. Do this with EVERYTHING.

Also , create a folder on your pc and save the docs. Good for reference info later.

Then new G325a you download today prints just one page. Only one page is needed now. It should bear an original signature.
