when to submit the papers?

My 2 year Permanent gc will be expired on June 6. When should I submit my papers for removing conditions...last week of March or first week of April? I have read it somewhere here in vj before that if you will submit ur papers early the uscis will return it.

You need to submit your ROC within 90-days from your GC expires. That's roughly around March 6th.

If they receive your package earlier than the 90-day window, they will return it.
