Hi,

I'm helping a friend bring his fiance and her child here in the US. He is filing a K1 visa and I am wondering where do we put the name of the child in the I-29F form? The child was born out of wedlock and didnt carry his biological's father last name...

what are the child's requirements we need to submit with the initial packet?

Do we just include the name of the child on the DS forms that we bring the to embassy on the interview??

Greencard Received: 2010-02-25

Removal of Conditions:

1-07-12 Sent I-751 application to CSC

1-11-12 CSC received Application

1-13-12 check cashed

The child needs to be on the 129f and 325g
