I'm using a co-sponsor. When I ask him for the I-134, can I also ask him to do the I-864? I want to be as little of a bother as possible.

I'm just concerned that AOS will probably be about 2-3 months after the interview... how recent does the I-864 have to have been filled out?

Thanks

It is probably best not to do that, as the documents are time sensitive. That is why many don't complete they're I-134's until a few weeks before they're interview.

You want the most accurate/current information as possible when the I-134 is needed, a lot can happen in 3 or 4 months time.
