just be patient girl, just give them time.. and for sure you will be ok.. 4 months processing thats very short and good for both of you.

mostly for K1 visa takes 6 months and so..just be patient, dont stress youself you will be fine.

Nice thing about the visa process is that now, you get to learn all about patience!!!

Give them 3 or 4 days to process your papers an start calling.

I found being extremely polite was always a big plus! A thank you and a please covered a lot of ground for me when I was talking to the staff at the embassy.

THEN She Sends it back,

blah blah blah - and even more to do , with medical exam.

Since you won't be patient, can you relearn the K-1 process, instead? Might fill up the time gaps whilst yer waiting. Maybe. One Can Hope.

On another note - you DO KNOW, right, that namechecks occur on every stage of this process, yes? On Both Of You.

Personally, at this calendar date, I don't think the casefile is in AP - I think it's simply 'not been entered yet' at the USEM 'puter.

yes girl..thank u for that,,i am blessed here for encouraging my fiance to be patient on our papers..he is so excited and can't wait to see me..lol..i lve u so much charlie...be patient po,,we will be together...godbles us all here..

Your timeline seems to be on the right track. Just have more patience some even waited for a year or so. I would recommend enrolling in a driving school there Pam while you're still in Philippines if you don't know how to drive yet. Just sayin…

HI my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what is this now I am stuc at the embassy for PROCESSING!!!!!! ####### are they going to screw us all they way through this!!!.....they told me to call in 2 weeks!!!! has anyone been through this ????? What is going on !!!!! please someone calm me down!!!!! I am so pissed that we all try to do this the right way !!!! Give them all the money that they want!!!! And now we have to wait !!!!!....Someone please tell me what is going on!!!!! MY last name is not common it is DeFelice so I know it can't be a false hit again!!!!! so what is the problem !!!! I am getting ready to give up on this process and maybe just move there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did everything right, no mistakes, no glitches, no problems, all went smooth, and we had to wait for 10 months before we even got the chance to appear at the embassy for an interview. Just be patient, and count your blessings. Be thankful you got as far as you did in such a very SHORT time.

Wow... was just remembering back to teaching my own wife to drive here. One day she came to almost a dead stop in the middle of the interstate at rush hour where the traffic moves very fast, where just the day before a semi truck ran over a car killing them. Sheesh... what an ordeal it was... good practice for our own child I guess when at the right age
