My next question is....when we go to the border is it in the system when they scan our documents.passport that the visa is in processing??

Don't offer up information, but if you're asked any questions about it, answer truthfully and have your K1 petition and/or NOA to prove that you're trying to do things the right way.

ya I can do that....but....we don't have our K-1....we've mailed it out so I can't exactly get a copy of that!!!! I can gete a copy of the NOA when we get it though.

Agreed. It's a best practice to keep a copy of the exact package you sent - in the event they lose something, it's much easier to just make an extra photocopy. If you didn't keep a copy, then I guess you'll have to hope you have your NOA1 before you travel.
