Just simply means the USCIS has cashed a submitted payment included with filed paperwork, for example, the I-129F, just to name one scenario

01/09/12 - Petiton arrived us VSC.

11/15/12 - Wife Received ten year PR Card.

Your bank. It should have something stamped on the back of it with USCIS stamp on it...

If you have a number to your financial institution where as you can check the status of the check, such as if it has cleared, meaning paid.

Your bank. It should have something stamped on the back of it with USCIS stamp on it...

This is correct ....Contact your bank and ask them to get a scan of the back of the check..You will see a number starting with EAC followed by 10 numbers..This is your case number..Then you can log onto the USCIS website and go from there...

Or if you have online checking you can see when the check is submitted for payment to the bank. And if your bank's online banking allows it (or supports it), sometimes you can see an image front and back of the check online just by clicking on the check number.
