What! What is causing all these earthquakes??

Also pray for the families in Virginia. This guy shot & killed 8 people, including his wife & son.

For the life of me I just don’t understand why when people want to die they just don’t kill themselves. Why must they take innocent lives with them??? It makes me sick that because you wanted to end your life you took someone’s mother, father, child, sister or brother. I mean come the FREAK on!!!!!

*rant over* whooooo sawwwww

No, is it near the airport?

It looks like it - it has gotten good reviews, new management and they have made improvements -

Slim Jims  and fruit together...that's it. Last night I had mango, cheese and slim jim for dinner. Yesterday at work on organge, almonds and a slim jim...weird.

LMAO - be careful with the slim jims, they are high in sodium

It's horrendous - We just had a situation in my state over the weekend that sickens me - A man was arrested on a domestic violence charge on Sat night (his 3rd) - he was released on bail around 4am, went home and shot and killed his wife then himself - two children age 7 and an infant in the house - Why the hell was he let out of jail?

I cried when the couple came from Kansas not knowing if their adopted baby was there and he was...it was so emotional.

Wasn’t he a cutie???? I was gooing at him through the tv…

Did you see how some family have waited years for this to happen? I never knew it could take so long.

The ladies who own the orphanage plan on going back once things are settled with them here. Did you see how some kids will be flying to Canada and Spain to meet there families. I was like wow….

Sus - it looks nice. Let me know if check it out or stay there.

That's true about the slim jims - have to find another snack.

I'll take pics - going to stay there the last night this trip, I just booked - the rates were comparable to Tobys, which is where we usually stay if we spend the last night in Mo Bay

Yes, it a long process with some Caribbean countries. I've heard even longer in Jamaica. They flew 100 orphans to the Netherlands...wonder what's going to happen to them??

I saw another touching story where a Texas lady who was also in the process of adopting 3 girls from Haiti. She flew back two days ago to get her kids. Their house was flatten but the kids refused to leave knowing their mother would rescue them. It was pitch black when she finally arrived and called out their names and the girls emerged...I lost it. They are now resting in Florida.

Thanks. I've been watching pregnancy/baby shows all morning. Now they are featuring a Jamaican/Guyana couple who keeps cooking good food - curry chicken roti, jerk chicken, plaintans (sp), etc....I am starving.

I used to always watch those shows when I was preggo....

There is a good one that comes on that is about three doctors who most times have complicated births.

Not I sus

-------------------

 I'm actually the beneficiary. But you know how we women love taking charge and be in the know :jest:

Unfortunately, my SO will not be attending the interview because he just started a new job a couple of moths ago, so he's using the little vacation time that he has to fly back with me, and also to spend a few days with me after my arrival and our wedding.

"I'm a big girl he says"

Didn't know you were the beneficiary... that's nice :)
