hi everyone, i have a few questions about the k1 visa, if anyone could help me out that would be awesome.

for the k-1 visa, does every letter i sent as far as our intent to marry or how we meet, have to be notorized?

if they do,

does my fiance have to get the same letter notorized in spain?

the reason i ask, is because she does not know english , so would i have to make the letters in english and in spainsh?

and the last question i have is, if the finally the k1 visa gets approved , and she gets her visa, can she travel to another country (ecuador) before coming into the us to marry me? would the visa require her to fly only to the us?

thank you

freddy

no notarization required

US visas govern entry into the USA. Period. Has nothing to do with visiting other countries or traveling to the USA on a direct route.

YMMV

You just have to include a little letter saying that all the copies are true copies of the original

the form is FC-029 if you can find it anywhere, but you don't have to use the form, you can just write up something, just like the bill of sale on a car, you don't have to have the proper form.
