yes, i would say so. my fiancee tried to call multiple time burning up the loads on her cell phone. i finally decided it was best for me to pay the $18 dollars and call myself. I had trouble at 1st cause when i would press #3 or whatever it was to continue in english it would still be tagalog. I finally was able to get through and make the appointment.

my advice, spend the $18 and call yourself. just make sure you have her info and MNL case number

Just pay $ 18. You can reuse the pin as many times as you want until its expiration date. It's not true that it can only be used up to three or four times.

I hope you get the interview date that you really like.
