I'm from New Jersey and my conditional greencard expires on 04/14/2010. So I'm mailing the 3 page I-751 form signed by both my wife and I on Friday 01/15/2010.

Cover letter and a check attached to it in the amount of $545 made out to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

I-751 (3 pages)

All sorts of evidence (joint checking account, joint line of credit, tax returns filing jointly, life insurance, health insurance, utility bills, etc...)

I'm mailing it to:

USCIS Vermont Service Center 75 Lower Welden St. P.O. Box 200 St. Albans, VT 05479-0001 via United States Postal Service Express mail on 01/15/2010.

Do I have everything correct? Thanks!
