Hello everyone. We just recieved a letter stating my request for removal of conditions has beeen approved. I will be getting a new card in the mail within 60 days. Me and my hubby are so happy, we just want to thank everyone for their info and knowlege on this site and to wish everyone the best

congrats!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

12/10/2010 Biometrics. Day 18

02/17/2011 Interview. Day 85

02/17/2011 Oath Ceremony. Day 85

02/18/2011 Applied for U.S. Passport Book/Card. Day 86

02/23/2011 Passport application received. Day 91

03/10/2011 Passport book received. Day 106

03/11/2011 Certificate of Naturalization returned. Day 107

03/12/2011 Passport card received. Day 108

My Immigration journey is finally over yes!!!

According to your Timeline, you filed November 16 to CSC and approved. That's quick!!

Can you tell us the receipt date on NOA and Biometrics appointment date?

I'll add you on November Filers list, if you don't mind.

CONGRATS!

i hope i will recieve my green card soon...i had my biometrics last Fri...it was quick too but i am kind of nervous how long will be my 10 years green card come to my mail..

Nov. 30,2009 USCIS sent it back to me coz i sent it 1 day earlier

Dec. 05, 2009 mail it again

Dec. 15, 2009 NOA1 recieved - GC 1 year extension

Dec. 24, 2009 recieved Biometrics Appointment

Jan. 08, 2010 Biometrics

Jan. 27, 2010 Approved...my card will be here within 60days

Feb. 01, 2010 Recieved 10 yrs. GC in the mail

Dec 22,2008 Interview for my son at Manila embassy

Jan.7,2009 Submit the proof of relationship

Feb. 02, 2009 going home to Phils

Feb.20,2009 Fly to USA...Mnl-Detroit

Sept.1 2009 Embassy sent a re medical form (almost 9 months waiting)

Nov. 9, 2009 Son re medical at St. Lukes...passed!

Dec. 08, 2009 VISA issued...thanks God!

April 25, 2010 son flying to USA---nxt journey,CITIZENSHIP!

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.
