Aw, the closest place to me is like 15 minutes away.

I don't think my husband would want to drive there

Too bad, I would have wanted the Archie comic.

I need a quick opinion on this:

I'm writing my resume. Putting "Woodstock, Ontario, Canada" is too long.

Should I just omit the province and leave it as "Woodstock, Canada"?

I would put the whole thing. You might be surprised! Someone may actually know exactly where that is. I'm working at a place here in CO owned by a Canadian, managed by a duel citizen, and I work with two people who are married to Canadians! I'm not making this stuff up! If anything, I'd put "Ontario, Canada" over "Woodstock, Canada" because the likelihood of someone being familiar with Ontario is pretty high.

Ah! Isn't that scary? That happened to me the first day I was in CO. I heard sirens going off and I had absolutely no idea what they were for. Apparently, there was a funnel cloud spotted downtown and they were tornado warnings! What the heck! I had to yell at my husband because he never disclosed the possibility of Tornado's :P

Funny how the spouses "tend to forget" to mention things...like the fact there are diamond back rattlesnakes in this area! We saw a *thankfully* dead one in a parking lot the other day...

Yay, I learned a recipe today!

I learned it from my Mother in Law, it's a bread that has green onions in it, and it's panfried.

It's soooooooo good, and it's so easy to make!

I guess she wants to teach me alot of recipes, because her daughter wasn't interested in learning.

The only poisonous thing I've seen here in Southern Cali before was a Black Widow spider in our garage. I stepped on it because my husband was freaking out a bit

It's not global warming anymore, it's climate change headbonk.gif. It sure didn't seem to be getting any warmer in Canada. laughing.gif
