IIRC it was about 15 min ride or so. I didnt really keep track of it since i was with my now wife and just enjoying the time together.

I stayed at the lotus garden hotel by the embassy and we went to the Mall of Asia...(kinda close to the airport) and it was less than 200 pesos for a taxi...i remember it wasnt too much...but that was a metered taxi. There was another thread on this recently too...

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Can someone tell me how far it is from the Manila Airport to the US Embassy and how long it takes to get there in a taxi? Thanks!

30 to 45 mins depends on traffic

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

yeah forgot to mention it was after midnight when I went by and about 5 or 6 in the morning when leaving. That is why it was quicker for me.

About 20 - 30 Minutes on all five trips arriving Manila 0700. Unmetered airport shuttle/Taxi to hotel within two blocks of embassy about $10.00. Metered Taxi from Embassy back to airport $4.00
