Do they look down on a long email, or should I just be short. Being too organized and detailed is what got us in trouble. But I don't feel this is the time to hide how I feel, and how I hope they can give us another chance. Any advice on this? Thanks in advance

I would be concise. Work quickly and call them tomorrow and speak to someone. I've heard of people being able to speak to the interviewer at Casa so keep them on the phone until they let you.

So you can get in trouble for being too organized??? I'm so confused now. I just sent mine in 12/28...now i'm second guessing what i sent. Any tips or pointers would be great...and inshallah your case will stay in Casa & get figured out. Thanks for keeping us up to date on whats been going on.

Being too organized and detailed is what got us in trouble.

May I ask what you mean by this? Is that what you were told, that there was too much detail in your evidence? If you could elaborate on that it might be very helpful to people in the process of preparing their evidence packets. Although I hear what NewBeginnings said about being organized to the point of being ####### and theirs went through ok. At times this process seems so arbitrary, what works for one couple doesn't necessarily pan out for another. I want to tell you that I am sorry you were denied; it is every couple's nightmare, and insha'allah, you will be able to gain some insight soon into what you can do next. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

Do you see how big the sea is?

Do you see how big the sea is? My love for you is as big as the sea.

Do you see how far the sky is? My love for you is as far as the sky.

As big as the sea and as far as the sky I love you,

I waited for you, I called upon you, I drew you on the promenades,

You sorrow of my life, you tears of the flowers, you season of the birds,

How vast the forest is, my heart is as vast as the forest.

You who are drawn on my door, and drawn in my heart,

I waited for you a year, and throughout the year I would ask the walnut trees,

and I would see you in the sunny days, coming from the sunny days, and lost in the almond leaves,

How small is a tear, and I am just a tear in your way,

I want to vow a candle so that you would let me love you.

Back when my fiance was denied I practically emailed them everyday, perhaps over did it. I think they saved every email I sent them because when my fiance recently had his 2nd interview the officer had a folder on us at least 5 inches thick.

I will say that the 1st interview we were not organized but this time around I was very organized. I made up a binder with each section divided. A photo album with photo's from every visit.

Also what I have learned is that the officers are well trained on body language, eye to eye contact. It's not easy to be interviewed and not feel nervous but if they see the person very confident it does help. My lawyer also advised us not to be too rehearsed. If you don't know an answer just say I don't know. And only answer what they ask you in a short to the point answer.
