12-24-09 NVC recieved approval!!!!!

01-05-10 NVC told me under Aditional Processing!!!!!

Cases go to the NVC before they get passed onto the Embassies, takes about 5-14 working days to get thru that, it should tell you this in your letter. With the Holidays kicking in, they could be a few days behind. Be Patient. After 2 weeks and you hear nothing, then call and bug them.

Here's mine:

NVC Received : 2009-07-17

NVC Left : 2009-08-04

ok .....I was and am scared because of others that got to the NVC after me are already tracking it to the embassy !!!! I really didn't want to start the new year like this!!!! lol

Usually, AP means namechecks not finished.
