Hi AE 4evr, did you get an indication from speaking to this person if he said 60-90 day from current date (post IMBRA RFE) or 60-90 days from NOA1?

I too am waiting for my I129F to be approved, but when I got the notice via email that the RFE for the I129F was received it says 60-90 days for processing but b/c the preliminary processing has been finished it should take less time for it to be processed ( I am figuring another 2 weeks seing that the RFE is processed in 14 days). So I am looking for my approval by August 11, 2006.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

Hey Hafiz,

when you sent in your first RFE did you put RFE response on the envelope?I would say you should do that when you send in the second one that is what I did with the second one and in a matter of days it was entered in the system the first one is still sitting on someone's desk somewhere :ranting: .

Sherry,

It would be more than great if we all got an approval on Friday bu tmy 14days is not until August 11, so I wont start :ranting: until then. If it comes before then my husband can come up sooner  ( I130 takes forever in NVC) if not :ranting::ranting::ranting:

As I was told by my congressman's office & USCIS, the second RFE was "computer glitch." So who cares that I'm so deep into CR-1, I don't see the point in K3 now?!?!

Answer: I DO! I spent money on that! Including the printing costs (I work for a major graphics firm....at any level, it ain't cheap to mass mail thousands of duplicates!) My husband should have already had his interview date or at least his medical!

I'm waiting for my NOA2 because I paid for it and I want "customer service." Other than that, they can go sod themselves. They can stuff it.

I'm sick of people with NOA1's with a date of June being disturbed.
