To Open Or Not To Open???

My wife Ria received her Visa Packet awhile back. She also received a sheaf of papers warning her not to even attempt to open it. So she didn't. Well it has her passport inside and we need to have her passport to get the sticker, which is the only thing she's lacking after doing the CFO seminar.

I'm now here in the Philippines and we're heading to the US on January 26th. We're heading to Manila for a tour this coming weekend though and we're both hoping to get the stamp within said trip. Is there anything we need to do before heading there? Do we need an appointment? All she's really lacking is the stamp itself.

Many thanks to those who respond.

OPEN THE PLASTIC and take your passport/visa out or your not going anywhere

Well yes thats what I kind of figured but the packet came with a warning not to open so I rather be safe than sorry. We will keep the plastic closed until we get to manila and have the visa stamped.

I was also curious about this as well. So, the entire packet is plastic wrapped, but only the yellow sealed envelope inside is what is referenced as "do not open," correct? Thanks!

Correct.
