HAPPY NEW YEAR MENA!

Its 3am here and hubby was snoring soooooooo loud so I whacked him and he whimpered that he had body aches and a sore throat, which is what I have right now too. So now we have 2 sick adults, and a little boy who doesnt wanna sleep (1st time in over a year he was wide awake at night for no reason) I am super bummed bc we had fun plans for tonight after I get off work :( Im just gonna keep taking cold medicine and mask the symptoms. All in all i just feel like something is telling me Im not suppose to go out tonight.

Done Complaining. Gonna try and go stick Zaid in his bed and try to get a few more hours of sleep before the alarm goes off in 2.5 hours :wacko:

Hope everyone has a safe and fun new years.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

That sucks Kelly, i sure hope the 3 of you will get better. It sure has been a crappy year for getting sick for everybody. There is always somebody i know who has came down with something. Both my kids were sick last month and it was just awful. I was sure to think that me and hubby would catch it but surprisingly we escaped from it ( knock on wood).

No NYE plans for us, i'm off work but not the hubby so that kind of dampens the evening for any kind of fun to celebrate. Oh well, maybe we'll go rent some movies and enjoy a quiet evening in the home.

Happy New Years all my MENA friends!! I hope you have a wonderful year and all your dreams come true. For those of you still waiting on this crappy visa sh%t, I pray that 2010 brings approvals and reunions very quickly! I remember this time last year I was alone and sad and it sucked :crying: , but we made it through and here we are now. So don't give up hope!! :thumbs:

It certainly has been one heck of a year for me and glad to see it go.

It went so fast!

Enjoy your plans....whatever they may be.

I am getting out of work in about an hour.

Got some laundry (of all things) to do and have to pick up something to bring to the New Year's gathering we are headed to.

Nice my hubby has off today and tomorrow.

We woke to snow this morning..about 3-4 inches

no biggie after the 2' we got 2 weeks ago!

I am out.....see ya in the New Year :dance:

Good Morning and Happy New Year's Eve MENA!!!

I have about an hour left in the office then off to the hospital...

I am going to celebrate the new year's via webcam with my husband on Egyptian time then off to bed for me...I have to be at the hospital at 5am(it never closes!!! :whistle: )

Oh Well, at least I will get out early!!!

Don't forget to eat your black eyed peas with greens and rice on new year's day for Luck, Money and Love in the new year!!! (Real southern tradition!! :thumbs: )
