k1 visa interview supporting evidence

Hello all,

So what happens to all the evidence beneficiary brings after the interview? Does the beneficiary get to take it back or does the vo keep it? I'm doing a co-sponsor and my co-sponsor is a bit worried about what happens to the documentation with his sensitive information on it.

Sponsor's I-134 with supporting documentation lands inside sealed envelope fiance gets together with his/her passport/visa and must be surrendered to CBP officer at the POE. It is ultimately forwarded to USCIS and becomes part of alien's A file.
