Hello everyone, I have two questions: first question: I live in the U.S. New Jersey, where do i send my I-130 petition?

Second question: Regarding the G-325A form. My wife did not put down her fathers Date of Birth on the G-325A form

because she never met him before, her father never been there for her, so she does not want to know anything about her father.

would that be a problem with my wifes G-325A form?

If you look under guides, it says to send to:

--o Petitioners who reside in AL, AR, CT, DL, FL, GA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, PA, Puerto Rico, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, U.S. Virgin Islands, WV, or District of Columbia are encouraged to file their stand-alone Form I-130 with the Lockbox using the following address:

USCIS P.O. Box 804616 Chicago, IL 60680-1029

Mail the package with return receipt requested / delivery confirmation. Send via USPS.

I am not sure about the 2nd question you have, sorry. Hope someone else can help you on that one.

I think she could leave the DOB of her father blank if unknown. If they send any RFE's regarding that then you would explain the situation but I think it is ok to leave it blank.

I might write "unknown" instead of leaving it blank...I would just heistate leaving anything blank.

I guess her dad's not on the birth certificate? If he's not on her birth certificate then I wouldn't worry about it. If he is, I would try to find out his date of birth but it should be on her birth cert. if he's on there.
