NVC will Ask about wt?!

Salam guys,,

now am waiting my NOA2 since 2 months and next 2 weeks i have exams in collage and am worry to get approved by this time without know anypapers should be prepared before NVC

so any tips to know wt papers i need exactly before going to NVC will be grateful

i have read this before but i see that all required is I-864 with taxes and Ds-230 besides paying fees

is that all required they wont ask about anything from me except that?

When you get to the NVC first you will be given your NVC case number the the (AOS) bill will generate and you have to send the DS-3032. Then when the (AOS) is shown as PAID you can send the (AOS) after your DS-3032 is accepted your IV bill will generate and you can send the last packet the DS-230

The DS-3032 i think they have to send to you but you can also Email it to them, USE the tamplte ok the WIKI page

You can go ahead and print them and get the ready so when NVC asks for them you can send it, and not end up like me i had to wait 2 weeks for co-sponser to do his (AOS) and longer for my hubby to send me everything for the DS-230 Cuz DHL held are package and we had to do them all over. And for my DS-3032 i had to wait 20 days for it to be accpted cuz i waited to long to send it lol.

The intending immigrant will need to submit those documents - police checks and your long form birth certificate (one with your parents names on it) etc etc.

they will ask if you don't supply them.

It's a waste of time to wait for 'them' to ask 'you'.

Instead, why not prepare all now? There is document requirement on the DS-230. Must be submitted WITH the DS-230 - NVC will not 'ask you' for them, unless you did not include them with the document submittal.

Seriously -is covered in the instructions on the DS-230 ...

If you're not reading the instructions, please ask the USC to read them, then tell you what to do.

Who's driving this, anyway? You, or the USC?
