Does anybody know if I need to send my daughters birth certificate and her pic together with the I-129F?

I am assuming your daughter will be a K2 applicant, and travel along with the K1, for the I-129f you do not need her birth cert or photo. Just make sure you list her where it asks for all of your children. You will need to bring the birth certificate and other documents for her at the consulate stage.

No, only for the interview.

Also - if the petitioner is not the birth parent - you should be prepared to conform with the laws of your country regarding immigration of the child (like getting permission from the birth parent, for example)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Hi,

She is 18 and according to our law she is not a minor anymore..

She can travel without her parents permission

But thanks for the advice.
