Hello All,

It's been the best years of my life being married to my wife. We are now preparing our package to remove her conditional status. I wanted to find out from those, who have successfully made it through this stage, if you had to file a G-325A Bio Information form. I don't see it on the FAQ or Guide sections of our website but I have seen it referenced is some places and websites so I wanted to make sure.

Thanks in advance for you help.

God bless...

Hi Travis and Michelle,

I am still waiting on the decision, but no, G-325A is not required. I am assuming you are clear on the evidence and that's why you didn't ask about that. There are many threads here with many suggestions on what to include...

Good luck and glad to hear about your happiness...

Thankfully this process seems to require a lot less than the K1 and AOS. Good luck!

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
