Up to what point will you tolerate the insulting remarks of linda?

Your grammar is bad, and your comprehension of things written in English is worse. My initial comment stated "some Americans" and not all "male americans(sic)". Can you go back to elementary school, please?

This is the truth!

I have met so many Americans that were quite surprised to learn that my wife did not automatically become a U.S. citizen when we got married ...

A whole lot of people here in the U.S. just dont have any clue to the reality of our Fil/Am lives ...

I fear we (Americans) have lived too soft a life for too long and have forgotten just how hard it is in the world of today.

well lets try to get back on topic people!!!!! ....U know I love you all....merry christmas!!!! In reference to the op I can agree totally with him !!!!! I had Pam telling me that her aunt and uncles are telling her to do this and do that .....kind of got me mad at first!!!!! Until I got her to understand what they were saying was wrong to do and I was spending the money not them so basically do what I say to do and go the legal route to get it!!!!! Also she started to read the VJ site more and she understands now she just tells them that me and her are handling it as husband and wife together and if she nneds theirs opinion she will ask for help!!!!

I am thankful someone pointed me to VJ when I started the immigration process. We have used the guides on VJ to do all the processes and haven't had any problems.

I view 'PH advice' as something cultural, and ya - when you press them - is NEVER first hand experience.

To know something, 2nd hand, and try to be useful, is a 'big thing' for PH people. A Really Big Thing.

I make exception with MythaG - that girl has it going on, for firsthand experience.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
